Jacon was born April 29, 1972 and died of kidney failure from juvenile diabetes on
November 28, 2000.  

Mom misses you so much and so does your sister, Heather.

My Mom was my best friend and I will never be able to thank her enough for the gift of my life. She was there when I took my first breath, and I was honored enough to be here when she took her last breath.

We will miss you!  We all loved you.  You were the best friend anyone could ever have. You took me to church when I was young and I always give you thanks for steering me right.  I will always remember the special person you were.

The angels are singing a sweeter song to have you there and I know you are standing there singing with them.  I give the Lord the praise for having someone so dear to me in my life as you had been over the years of my growing up days.  I know you are now walking hand in hand with those who have gone on before.

 I look for the day we will all be together again in Heaven.
