Loving Memory

 

Joseph Cory Adkins 1987 - 2000 When God calls little children, To dwell with Him above, We mortals sometimes question, The wisdom of His love.   Perhaps God tires of calling, The aged to His fold, So He picks a special rosebud, Before it can grow old. God knows how much we need them, And so He takes but few, To make the land of Heaven, More beautiful to view.   Believing this is difficult, Still somehow we must try, The saddest word mankind knows, Will always be "Goodbye."   So when a little child departs, We who are left behind, Must realize God loves children, Angels are hard to find.

Today makes 2 years that I lost my baby son, Joseph, in a car wreck.  I'd like to share his Memorial, for he is truly my angel.  My God, please take care of my baby.

Billy was hit by a car crossing the street in a torrential rain storm.   His family misses him with all their hearts.  He was a beautiful, bright young man who was loved very much.

Amanda Michelle Overstreet 1979 - 2001

"Amanda went to Jesus.  Amanda hung herself and was found at 1:30AM on the 10th of October in 2001.  She was my wife and my soul mate.  I loved her dearly and will see her again someday!"

"Daddy, I miss you.  I can't wait to see you again one sweet day.  I pray for that wonderful day.  Please save Mama, Randy, Sandy and their families before it's too late."

"Danny, we miss you and remember your love for Jesus !  I know you are waiting on us to join you.  I am loving Jesus just like you showed me.  I want you to show me around when I get there.  We had you for a short time to show us the way to love . For as long as Jesus walked on earth that is how long you did...thirty three years.  Your last two years were the most important to me.  This is when you gave your heart to Jesus . Thank you Danny.  We will always remember your love for Jesus !!! See you soon.  I am walking with Jesus every day and I know you are too!!!"

"In memory of our son and brother Thomas C.  Amidon.  He died a year ago August 24, 2001 while still within my womb.  He died the morning he should have been born.  He was loved and cherished for 9 months and we ache to see his precious smile and wrap our arms around his perfect little body.  Your brothers and sisters miss you and look forward to the day when we can see you and be with you forever in the presence of Jesus' loving embrace. We will never forget you."

"Eight long years without hearing your voice and touching  your face and hair. Oh, how we miss you and long to put our arms around you.  We love you so very much. You ended your life and I know you were in so much pain my darling daughter, but there was help here for you.  You were so young and had your whole life ahead of you.  I know our Lord is taking care of you and giving you the love you need  and for that only reason could we accept that you are gone from this earth. So until we see you again Suzanne,  just know we love you and miss you so much."
