Loving Memory

 Travis John Leddige

1980 - 2000

If tears could build a stairway,

And memories were a lane,

We would walk right up to Heaven,

And bring you back again.

 No farewell words were spoken,

No time to say goodbye,

You were gone before we knew it,

And only God knows why.

Our hearts still ache in sadness,

And secret tears still flow,

What it meant to lose you,

No one can ever know.

But now we know you want us,

To mourn for you no more,

To remember all the happy times,

Life still has much in store.

Since you'll never be forgotten,

We pledge to you today,

A hallowed place within our hearts,

Is where you'll always stay.

If tears could build a stairway,

And memories were a lane,

We would walk right up to Heaven,

And bring you back again.

Travis was a son to be proud of and I was very proud of him. I hope he knows how much I love and miss him. Till we meet again honey. I love you forever!

A mother's love is something that no one can explain.  It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain.  It is endless and unselfish and enduring come what may.  It is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking, and it never fails or falters even though the heart is breaking.  It believes beyond believing when the world around condemns, and it glows with all the beauty of the rarest, brightest gems.  It is far beyond defining, it defies all explanation, and it still remains a secret like the mysteries of creation.  A many splendid miracle, many cannot understand and another wondrous evidence of God's tender, guiding hand.

This is a message that our Mom always had radiating from her.  I and my brothers and sisters miss her so much but know we will see her again.

We love you Mama ~ Bonita

Lee...you left me too soon, but the promise that I made to you to watch over your babies is such an easy task.  I loved you as a friend so much, that this promise I will always follow!  No more pain, no more sorrow....only happiness and joy for someone I loved so dearly.  This I prayed for you so long, and God answered my prayer.  Toccara, Lonnie and Lil' Greg miss you and I, your friend and heart sister, will see you when we have finished building our homes.  Until then, rest in peace.

Love ~ Bonita

Lil' Adam....I was around when you were born, then I had to leave.  Through the grace of God, our families found each other again.  They say He works in mysterious ways....now I understand why!  Only so that I could reunite with your mother, to be a comfort for the day that you would have to leave us all.  Until we all meet again, I will miss your smile and the giggle when you played.

Love ~ Ms. Bonita
